I took my TV Production class on a field trip to my day job, WTKR News Channel 3 where they saw live productions and got to hear from professionals in the news industry!
During my time at WTKR News Channel 3, I pitched this story of childhood friend who made history here in our hometown and was now doing big things in Texas, while also making it a priority to pour back into the school and community that helped shape the man he had become.
